Come learn to prepare a beautiful, but simple menu for 2 for a special night at home. We will cook together, talk through each menu item, sample all the dishes and discuss variations according to your own tastes. A glass of wine or kombucha is included to add to this lovely night of tasting, sharing and learning with Chef Kristen. The menu will include:
Appetizer ~ Seared Jumbo Shrimp with Gremolata and Braised Asparagus
Salad – Chopped Romaine with Julienne Apples, Pomegranate Seeds, Homemade Balsamic Vinaigrette and Pine Nuts
Entree – Spaghetti Carbonara with Seasonal Vegetable
Dessert – Chocolate Molten Lava Cakes with Berry Coulis
