This classic quick bread is full of sweet fresh summer corn grown locally here in the rogue valley. A great addition to any soup or chili. It is naturally crumbly and gluten free because it is made with cornmeal and gf oat flour. We also love to use coconut milk for an added touch of sweetness and creaminess. Comes frozen and bakes in a regular size loaf pan. Soooo yummy.
